Charcot's shower has many positive effects on the human body. Under the action of the "shock" stream of water, the flow of blood and lymph through the vessels is activated, the number of functioning capillaries increases, as a result of which the blood better nourishes the organs, supplying them with oxygen and substances necessary for full life.

The contrast of water temperature tones up and has a tonic effect. Depending on the temperature of the water, the "shock" jet increases or decreases the tone of the striated (skeletal) muscles and blood vessels, excites or inhibits the processes occurring in the central nervous system, increases or decreases blood pressure.
