A session of stone therapy is performed to relaxing music. First, several heated stones are placed on the active points of the body. The heat from the stones can penetrate into the tissues to a depth of 4 centimeters, effectively warming up the painful zones and relieving muscle tension. This is followed by stone massage, it is performed with hot stones with sliding movements on the skin, softened with aromatic oil. For contrast, cool marble is used. The procedure takes 90 minutes, during which you can relax as much as possible.
