RULES OF ETIQUETTE IN SPA OLD ESTATE

Advance booking

Our services are very popular, so for your comfort, we ask you to pre-register for SPA procedures.

Reserve

If you are late, please contact the administrator by phone to adjust the sequence of procedures and desired specialists. The reserve by appointment for the SPA - procedure is valid for 15 minutes.

Arrival at the SPA

In order to tune in to the procedure and soak up the calm atmosphere of the SPA center, we recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before the procedure begins.

Special clothing for SPA procedures

Upon arrival at the SPA center, you will be given the opportunity to change into a comfortable bathrobe, disposable underwear and slippers. You can leave your clothes for the duration of your stay in the center in an individual locker with a lock. Before leaving do not forget, please, hand over the locker key to the administrator.

Valuables

We recommend that you deposit your valuables in a safe, which is installed in the reception area on the first floor of the hotel. The administration of SPA Old Estate is not responsible for the things that are in the locker room, and things left unattended.

For your safety, the Old Estate SPA-center is monitored.

Spa etiquette

A distinctive feature of the SPA is a relaxed and relaxed atmosphere. We kindly ask you to speak quietly, do not make noise and turn off mobile phones.

Please note that we do not provide services of an erotic and intimate nature. The master and the administrator have the right to refuse service if your actions contradict the etiquette of our SPA. In the case of the beginning of the procedure and the occurrence of a similar situation, the procedure must be paid by you in full.

Entry with pets in the SPA is possible only if the animal is in a carrying bag.

Smoking is not provided on the territory of the Old Estate SPA. A special place for smoking is located in the parking zone under the “umbrella with a suitcase”.

Payment

We accept only Russian rubles, as well as plastic cards of all Visa, MasterCard, MIR, American Express, Maestro, STB, Union Card, Diners Clab payment systems.

Please do not forget your savings cards and gift certificates.

Ordering food and drinks from Aristocrat Restaurant, Rublev Bar, Lobby Bar

In the restaurant and bars of the Old Estate Hotel & SPA **** you can order any dishes or drinks. They will be served according to your order in the SPA zone of the center in plastic / paper ware or the center administrator will take you to the restaurant / bar hall.

Shipping cost is 5% of the total amount of the order. Advance order is welcome.

Extension and reduction of procedures

Please note that you can order / book a service that will last or begin after the closure of the SPA-center. Payment for the provision of services after 21.00 will be charged at a double rate.

If for some reason you wish to reduce the time of the procedure or interrupt it, the cost of this procedure remains unchanged, according to the current price list.

If for any reason the master did not suit you, you can change the master or refuse the procedure within the first 10 minutes after the start of the procedure.
